Job Description: Artificial Intelligence Engineer with Finance Background

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer with a strong background in finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the financial sector. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex financial problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Data Analysis: Analyse large sets of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Machine Learning: Apply machine learning techniques to develop predictive models for risk assessment, fraud detection, investment strategies, and other financial applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with finance professionals, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing financial systems and workflows.

Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and finance and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications :

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, markets, instruments, and regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a finance-related role.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable AI solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications: CFA, FRM, or other relevant financial certifications.

Big Data: Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.

Soft Skills: Innovative mindset, team player, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
