Job Description

This is a remote position.

1. Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices in compliance with contractual terms and agreements.

• Ensure consistency in billing processes and handle exceptions when necessary.
2. Revenue Recognition:

• Work closely with the Finance team to support revenue recognition processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company
policies.
3. Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile member accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries.
4. Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into revenue performance.

• Analyze billing data and provide recommendations for improving revenue management.
5. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxation regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Assurance Officer or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and revenue automation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of taxation regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce or finance is a plus

Requirements
