Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:
Help organize and execute marketing events, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional items.

Social Media Management:

Assist in managing social media accounts, including creaing content calendar with agency team s support, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries/ ORM.


Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Compile findings into reports for senior team members.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Communications department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining documentation.

Key attributes for success:

Strong organizational skills, a demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and ability to forward plan.

Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectations

Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and positive.

Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat) is a plus.

Initiator, creative and willing to implement improvements to current systems and processes

You will earn brownie points if you have:
Have experience in amplifying campaigns and keywords through digital mediums

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
