Summary:

We seek a motivated Principal Software Developer to join our team responsible for architecting, designing, and enhancing the Oracle-NetSuite ERP product.

You will play a crucial role in problem-solving, simplifying complex issues, and collaborating with diverse product teams globally.

Career Level - IC4

Responsibilities:

  • Address intricate technical problems and make design choices for scalable, highly available cloud services.
  • Research, propose solutions, and implement new functionalities or restructure existing systems to meet evolving requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, UX, and QA teams to introduce new product features while maintaining current ERP system functions.
  • Coordinate with external teams for seamless product integration.
  • Develop secure, reliable, and scalable solutions incorporating database, business logic, and some presentation layer work.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Computer engineering or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of software development background with a history of making technical decisions
  • 5+ years of Java experience (C# or equivalent also considered)
  • 5+ years of SQL database expertise
  • Deep understanding of modern web applications and SQL
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Experience in designing and enhancing complex software solutions
  • Track record of coaching developers at different experience levels
