We are Ajmer based Digital Marketing company. We are looking for
Female Customer Relations Executive.

Our office timing is 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon-Sat). We are located near Mittal Hospital in Ajmer. To know more about us, please find us in google.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Problem Resolution: Addressing customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communication: Providing clear and concise information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Sales Support: Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability, and facilitating the sales process as needed.

Follow-up: Following up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met and that they are satisfied with their experience.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is often required.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly assess and address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.

Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and remain patient, even in challenging situations.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately record customer information and transactions.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with computer systems and software used for customer relationship management and communication.

Professionalism: A professional demeanor and appearance are important for representing the company in a positive light.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although some positions may require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
