Infopark, Kochi (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage overseas customers on invoicing, Purchase Orders, and MSAs.
  • Project Costing, validation, and preparation of price proposals.
  • Maintain project-related records, including MSAs, contracts, and change work orders.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discuss company plans, and agree on future paths to be taken.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Create and submit statutory reports and tax returns on time.
  • Experience in payroll, project accounting, Maintaining Master Price List.
  • Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.
  • Generate monthly cost benefit report for all billable entities including projects, products, and resources.

Forecasting/Projections
  • Release the budget for the succeeding year at least 3 months before the opening of the year
  • Monitor Financial outcome monthly and report to the management attention.
  • Pricing: JTSi products and services should be priced correctly, monitored in conjunction with the marketplace, and refreshed quarterly for a competitive advantage.
  • Proactively alert clients and management on projected project loss and other project projections.
  • Certification in CMA preferred.
  • Expertise in US Ind Tax 1040 will be an added advantage.

Mandatory skill set:

IT Company Experience dealing with US customers for a minimum of 3 years.

  • Industry experience for a minimum of 3 years in the following areas:
  • Project costing and cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel is a MUST
  • Cost/estimation working with technical department using JTSi standards
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Variance Analysis and Reconciliation
  • Reports and MIS
  • Pricing and Offshore projects invoicing for US clients
