Position: Business Services Leader at Mondel-z International

Overview:

As part of the Mondel-z International Business Services division, you will have the exciting opportunity to take on a key role in a specific discipline where you collaborate with multiple departments including sales, finance, marketing, customer service, logistics, procurement, and HR. You will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering top-notch service and creating value for clients while striving for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end process management within your assigned discipline
- Utilize shared services within a global setting
- Manage teams, provide coaching and mentoring, and drive performance based on service level agreements and metrics
- Handle customer service and nurture relationships with diverse clients
- Demonstrate effective communication, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities
- Ensure compliance and controls, especially in contexts where audits or regulatory adherence is critical
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing proactive initiative

Requirements:

- Experience in leading teams and managing performance metrics
- Proficiency in converting business requirements into actionable insights
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
- Skills in problem-solving through analytical solutions
- Proficiency in statistics and linear algebra for quantitative analysis
- Ownership of digital tools on a global scale
- Ability to apply statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis
- Strong educational background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Action-oriented mindset and tech-savvy approach to adapt quickly to changing environments
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience

- Expertise in applying mathematical, statistical, and predictive modeling techniques for data analysis
- Capability to formulate hypotheses and test them through mathematical and statistical methods

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive and technologically adept to adapt in a dynamic environment
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience

Specific Job Requirements:

- Collaborate with MDS Data/Analytics team to develop real-time predictive data insights
- Create data visualizations based on business needs
- Support in integrating data across various platforms for seamless flow
- Drive data-driven decision-making through custom models and prototypes
- Lead continual innovation and improvement initiatives
