Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance bottlenecks on Application, HANA, or OS levels for global customers

- Present findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives

- Design and optimize complex IT landscapes

- Conduct deep technology root cause analysis and introduce best practices for operations

- Grow expertise in new technologies like HANA and BIG data platforms

- Collaborate with global team members and work on technical issues and problem-solving

Requirements:

- 9+ years of technical setup experience

- 7+ years in Large SAP NetWeaver/Basis

- 5+ years of HANA administration/tuning

- Deep understanding of SAP application and HANA/Sybase performance aspects

- Proficiency in SQL and related tuning concepts

- Knowledge of CPU architecture, workload management, system sizing

- Experience in SLT/SDI/SDA

- Hands-on experience in SAP/HANA upgrade/migration activities

- Proficiency in HANA modeling, SQL scripting

- Exposure to CDS development and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with hyperscalars and end-to-end migration projects

- Good understanding of SAP Business process and other SAP systems

- Programming skills in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, FIORI

Team Overview:

The Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP provides high-end support to MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Enterprise Support customers.

  • Analyze SAP ERP Logistics solutions for global customers
  • Design and optimize complex IT landscapes for large customers
  • Conduct deep technology root cause analysis and introduce best operations practices

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Gurgaon
