Job Profile / Description:_

1)

Manage All Front Office Operations referred as below:_

  • Accommodate Guests by Greeting and Attending Visitors.
  • Handle Incoming Calls / Outgoing Calls.
  • Maintenance of Patient Record and other Office Records.
  • Billing and Other Office Works in computer and log books.
  • Update all incoming/ outgoing bills in Tally and ERP Software (Training will be given).

Marketing Assistant Work Profile as referred below:
_

  • Manage online promotions and Campaigns by Writing and Analyzing Content.
  • Help marketing team and other outreach programs by providing relevant data required.
  • Create/ Run Online Ads on Various Platforms Such as Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Must complete tasks given as per schedule irrespective of self vested interests.

10.30 PM to 07.30 PM, SUNDAY Working.
