Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and oversee their resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems
  • Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Offer prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of all reported issues
  • Document knowledge through tech notes and articles in the knowledge base
  • Adhere to SLAs for issue resolution based on severity

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • Proven 4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer, preferably in the Payment sector
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and technologies
  • Solid understanding of APIs
  • Proficiency in MySQL and writing SQL queries
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and Shell
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
