Key Responsibilities:

Client/Customer Interaction: Interact with clients or customers in person to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide information about products or services.

Sales and Marketing: Promote products or services through field activities such as demonstrations, presentations, or promotional events.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.

Market Research: Gather market intelligence by observing competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends during field visits.

Report Generation: Prepare reports on field activities, including sales visits, customer feedback, and market insights, to provide feedback to the management team.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or complaints raised by clients or customers in a timely and efficient manner, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate field activities and support overall business objectives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations during field operations.
