You'll be the technical linchpin, driving innovation and leading our Android team to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do :

  • Design, develop, and implement highperformance, scalable, and maintainable Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and integrating new technologies like RxJava, coroutines, Jetpack libraries, and more.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.
  • Lead the code review process, ensuring highquality standards and adherence to best practices.
  • Actively participate in technical discussions, providing insights and shaping the overall technical direction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product, design, QA) to translate ideas into reality.
  • Own the endtoend development lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have :

  • 4+ years of handson experience developing Android applications with Kotlin.
  • Deep understanding of Android architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to write clean, welldocumented, and maintainable code.
  • Experience with RxJava, coroutines, Jetpack libraries, and other cuttingedge technologies (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate others.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to continuously learn and grow your technical expertise.

Bonus Points :

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Opensource contributions or side projects showcasing your skills.
