JobDescription: We are seeking adynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join ourteam. As a key player in our human resources department you will beresponsible for sourcing attracting and hiring toptier talent tomeet our organizations staffingneeds.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Experienceas a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role with a focus onglobalrecruitment.
  • Manageendtoend recruitment processes from job requisition to onboardingensuring a smooth and efficient hiringexperience.
  • Utilizevarious channels to source potential candidates conduct initialscreenings and assess their qualifications and compatibility withtheorganization.
  • Coordinatewith crossfunctional teams including HR IT and department heads toensure a smooth onboarding process for newhires.
  • Experienceusing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsto manage the recruitment processefficiently.
  • Workclosely with hiring managers and department heads to understandstaffing needs establish job requirements and develop effectiverecruitmentstrategies.
  • Buildand maintain positive relationships with candidates keeping theminformed throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positivecandidateexperience.
  • Activelyengage in networking activities attend industry events and explorenew avenues to build a strong talentpipeline.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking systemensuring compliance with company policies and relevantregulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum5 year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist orsimilarrole.
  • Provenexperience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on globalrecruitment and onboarding.
  • Familiaritywith applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
  • Excellentnegotiation skills to secure the best talent within establishedbudgets.
  • Familiaritywith various sourcing channels including social media job boardsand professionalnetworks.
  • Proactiveand resultsdriven mindset with the ability to meet recruitmenttargets anddeadlines.
  • Knowledgeof relevant employment laws andregulations.
