Roles and responsibilities· Understanding of ECU functional Software requirements & development of HiL Test specifications for HVAC SW relevant ECU's· Review of the Test specification .· Link the test specification to ensure the requirement coverage.· Development of HiL test automation· Test script development using VB scripting and execution on the HiL and analyzing the test results· Automation of manual tests for HiL system· Setting up HIL platform, wiring Harness for ECU connectionsMercedes-Benz AG, a pioneer of automotive engineering, sees shaping the future of mobility in a safe and sustainable way as both a motivation and obligation.

Skill Requirements (M-Mandatory)(M)

Technically strong in Automotive ECU Testing.(M) HVAC core system domain knowledge.

(M) Understanding the ECU software documentation, Requirement analysis and Test specification development(M) Strong competency in any one:

Ethernet, dSpace IO Modelling, Provetech Automation(M) Automotive communication protocols Ethernet ,CAN, LIN , FlexRay Testing(M) Diagnostics Testing, OBD certification tests.(M) HIL testing & HiL test automation development, Good programming skills, scripting skills, experience in automotive ECU software domain(M) ECU Function testing experience, HVAC System testing experience, Good knowledge on Steppers, Sensor & actuator.

Experience & hands on with Component and Cluster HIL validations.

Basic Knowledge on Engine and transmission systems with softwareVB Script development in Automotive testing, PROVEtech:
TA programming ,VB.NET Scripting development in Automotive testingReal time script development for ECU HiL testing (RT Scripting with AL Com Libraries)

Knowledge on CAN, KWP0,UDS protocolsBasic knowledge for INCA, vector Network interface toolsExperience in dSPACE HIL hardware(Scalexio) , REST bus simulation and software toolsShould have good communication, analytical and problem solving skillsGerman Language and knowing of German culture is added advantagePreferred skills:
