- Receive bakery goods checkspecifications ensure appropriate storing and contribute tostocking the bakery station with the right items
- Supervise and control that the bakery production is inconformance with the set quality time hygiene cleanliness andpresentation specifications
- Implement adequatehygienic procedures and guidelines as set for the brand ensure thathealth and safety regulations are followed at all times and reportdescrepencies to hierarchy
- Assist in preparingand cooking all bakery items in conformity with the setspecifications and as per the instructions of the Regional BakeryChef
- Prepare the bakery display section andensure its maintenance as per the instructions of the BrandManager
- Supervise and train team members onall key responsibilities in the bakery section and ensure that theycomply with the set statutory regulations
- Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities thatinclude planning and assigning tasks setting deadlines monitoringresults and quality and relaying teams request tohierarchy
