We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead and inspire our creative team. This role requires a blend of exceptional creative talent, strong leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Join our team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day..

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of designers, guiding them in ideation, conceptualization, and execution of visually striking designs.

Ø Design Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy, aligning creative direction with business objectives and client expectations.

Ø Innovative Ideation : Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver fresh and exceptional design solutions.

Ø Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end design process, from client briefs to final deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and quality standards.

Ø Collaborative Partnering : Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their visions, and translating them into design concepts that exceed expectations.

Ø Technical Expertise : Provide expert knowledge in design software and technologies, ensuring the team produces designs that are both visually stunning and technically feasible.

Ø Quality Control : Conduct thorough quality checks on design outputs, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Ø Trend Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, integrating them into design concepts where appropriate.

Ø Client Presentation : Articulate design concepts and present them to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, capturing the essence of each project's uniqueness.

Qualifications and Experience:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Ø 5-7 years of related experience with 2+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting.

Ø Highly Preferred: Candidates from Advertising/Media/ Fashion

Ø Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Ø Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Ø Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Ø Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Ø Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate creative teams.

Salary: As per Industry standards

Working Time – 10AM to 6.30PM
