Product -TW Loan and Farm

  • Conduct periodic branch process reviews of the allocated branches.
  • Predisbursement sample verification for predefined parameters
  • Identify early default cases for scrutiny to ascertain reasons for delinquency
  • Conduct postdisbursement sample verification covering borrower visit.
  • Detection and investigation of frauds.
  • Periodic checking of business practices to ascertain compliance with guidelines.
  • Coordinate with RCU agencies for conducting risk verifications.
  • Mentoring field as well as agency RCU team in conducting verification
