  • Ensure 99.
999% uptime of all UDR components like – HLR – FE, HSS – FE, EIR – FE, NDS, PCC and Provisioning GW.Alarms, Fault and Outage handling

  • Ensure restoration of outages / emergencies in shortest possible time, minimize impact of outage on service by identifying and taking action like implementing work around, temp traffic diversions. Immediate action and resolution of all types of HW, SW faults and alarms; drive preventive maintenance tasks.
RS&R management

- ensure repair of all HW including Cloud & Cloud IP infra within TAT, zero RNP cards.
Redundancy

  • Ensure 100% redundancy and resiliency for all types of core nodes and its connectivity, review it periodically and suggest for required changesBackup
  • 100% compliance of Core node back up policy and ensuring availability of back up all the time for any emergency handling.
Customer complaint handling

  • Ensure immediate action on of all types issue reported by IT, Mediation, CS related to HLR/HSS profile, provisioning etc. and its related customer complaints, detailed investigation and proper resolution.
Change implementation and testing -Ensure accurate implementation of all types of changes , pre / post service confirmation for each of the change including KPI tracking and impact analysisCapacity Management

  • Ensure all HW & SW utilization is maintained at optimal level and no rejections of any type.

KPI Analysis & improvement -Monitoring of all types of core KPIs like: LUSR – HPLMN and VPLMN, MTC SRI SR, SAI SR.

Maintain all KPI above benchmarked values and work for its improvementRoaming

  • Support roaming operation including new tie up, roaming complain handling, roaming related configuration audits etc.
SIM ordering and DB management

  • Drive activities from network side for new SIM ordering, maintaining all database related to IMSI, SIM vendor, number series, reserved number series, periodically review and optimize it.
Upgrade

  • Drive SW version and patch upgrades of Core nodes, new feature testingField support
  • Extending support to central teams for new roll out including software upgrade and technical testing. Field resource alignment for any onsite activities for Data Core platform HW and new feature testing.
Compliance -Compliance of internal and external audit, SOPs;Inventory Management:
  • Ensure latest update on inventory in terms of location, HW, SW, Capacity etc & scrapping of non
  • live inventoryTeam management & Training –


Mentor all team members , enhance their technical and behavioral skills, keep them positively engaged and motivated, challenge them to bring best out of each individualCore Competencies, Knowledge, ExperienceIn-depth understanding and hands on working experience on various core nodes like NDS, CUDB etcCommand level knowledge of all types of configuration of network elements like Nokia NDS, HLR/HSS/EIR, PCC, PGWClear understanding of all types of call flows for CS Core, VOLTE, roaming.

Good understanding of basic PACO call flows.

Basic understanding of IP concepts like router, switches, IP protocolsTrace analysis and troubleshooting skills including knowledge of various protocols like SCCP, MAP and Diameter.

Knowledge of 5G Core – NSA and SA mode of working, Role of CUDB/UDR NE in 5G CoreGood understanding of Telco cloud architecture its deployment & operationGood team handling, communication – written and verbal, presentation skills.

Analytical, Reasoning and logical thinking skillsPositive Attitude towards problem solving, learning new things, adopt changesMust have technical / professional qualificationsBE/B Tech (Electronics and Telecommunications) with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
