Role Description
This is a role for an Executive Assistant at Shruti Foundation - India. As an Executive Assistant to CEO, you will be involved in various day-to-day tasks to support the organization's operations and initiatives. This includes assisting with administrative duties, organizing events and programs, coordinating volunteers, managing social media accounts, and assisting with grassroots developmental efforts. This is an on-site role located in Delhi/Gurgaon and Ramgarh Shekhawati, Rajasthan where you will have the opportunity to directly to hands on work with ouur festivals, our heritage hotels, our skilling centres as well as interact with the community we serve and contribute to meaningful projects.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General Hospitality skills
- Checking and helping with updation of websites with guidance and coordination with website manager
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media management
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for community development and grassroots tourism development
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism and community work is a plus
- Willing to live and travel between Delhi NCR and Rajasthan
