About the Job:

Join Randstad as a Data Management & People Analytics Lead at our Global Capability Centre (GCC), where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing HR data systems and reporting for our global teams.

In this exciting position, you will oversee core HR data systems, constantly seeking improvements to offer valuable insights. The Data Management & People Analytics team works as data-driven business partners, striving to enhance data insights reliability. You'll utilize strong analytical skills for trend analysis and data insights, ensuring accurate data management and reporting within the global HR function on Workday. Your key focus will be maintaining system accuracy and efficiency while meeting HR teams' reporting and insight needs.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing Systems Capabilities:

  • Implement efficient employee data management strategies
  • Maintain people data performance in GCC and assist Regional Service Centers globally
  • Lead the HR data and reporting team, engaging with stakeholders across Randstad
  • Optimize systems to support people analytics and relevant stakeholders
  • Support HR data-related projects and system enhancements
  • Assess HR systems effectiveness and data quality improvements

Developing Data Capabilities:

  • Collaborate with people analytics to prioritize reporting requirements and strategic HR insights
  • Ensure accuracy and security of routine reporting and data transfer activities
  • Propose data-driven developments for added value and insights
  • Provide access to predictive data for decision-making
  • Manage employee data transfers and build strong stakeholder relationships

Developing Team Capabilities:

  • Offer insights to HR and the business to foster a data-driven culture
  • Provide training on system insights to stakeholders
  • Identify areas where HR data can enhance business performance
  • Manage a growing team within a collaborative environment

Developing Insights and Analytics:

  • Keep track of core KPIs in HR
  • Enhance data quality and depth of analysis
  • Track and trend key data and performance indicators effectively
  • Merge different data sources for valuable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights
  • Visualize HR data for easy understanding
  • Establish data governance policies for secure data usage

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in handling confidential and complex information
  • Experience with MI tools and data visualization
  • Background in HR analytics and insights is advantageous
  • Prior experience in HR teams is necessary

Location:

This role is based in Hyderabad, India. Occasional travel may be required.
