Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor oversees and coordinates the manufacturing processes on the production floor. He is responsible for ensuring that production meets quality and efficiency standards while adhering to safety protocols and deadlines.

This role involves supervising a team of production workers, organizing workflow, and resolving any issues that may arise during production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Directly supervise production staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance
  • Workflow Management:
Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines

  • Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products meet quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures

  • Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards

  • Training and Development:
Train new employees on production processes and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance

  • Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity

  • Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies

  • Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control documents, and inventory logs

  • Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste

  • Team Communication:
Facilitate communication between production staff and other departments to ensure alignment on production goals and priorities.

Pay:
₹9, ₹40,000.00 per month
