Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the integrity and quality of data within our Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce data management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data is accurate and supports the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities .

Data Management:
o Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in Salesforce. o Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing as necessary. o Maintain data hygiene through regular deduplication and data validation activities. .

Data Quality Control:
o Create and enforce data quality standards and best practices. o Monitor data integrity and resolve data quality issues promptly. o Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies. .

Data Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data. o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data analysis to support decision-making. .

User Training and Support:
o Train Salesforce users on data entry best practices. o Provide support to users encountering data-related issues. o Document and maintain data-related procedures and guidelines. .

Integration and Automation:
o Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integration with other systems. o Identify opportunities to automate data processes to enhance efficiency. .

Documentation:
o Maintain detailed documentation of data structures, processes, and changes. o Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements to data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce data management and data quality control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in using data tools and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of data import/export tools and processes.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (, Apex, Python) for data manipulation
