Job description Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and overseeing thec onstruction process.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Hospitality projects, and proficiency in communication, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D presentation drawings.


Responsibilities:
Create architectural designs and plans based on client needs and requirements. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and consultants throughout the design and construction process. Develop detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. Create 3D presentation drawings to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Ensure that all designs meet relevant building codes and regulations. Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the design plans. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Architecture degree At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software Experience creating 3D presentation drawings and models Understanding of relevant building codes and regulations Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
