The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by driving effective requirement gathering , process analysis , solution design , and stakeholder management . This role demands a professional with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business operations and technical environments . The candidate should have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes. Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) , data-driven decision-making , and emerging technologies will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Partner with technical teams to design and implement effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for proposed changes. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment between business objectives and solution delivery. Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery of business solutions. Analyze data trends and generate insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation across business functions. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Business Analysis , Requirements Gathering , and Stakeholder Management Proven expertise in process mapping , documentation , and business case development Experience in working with cross-functional teams (business, technical, and product) Excellent analytical , problem-solving , and communication skills Proficiency with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong understanding of SDLC , Agile methodologies , and project management principles Preferred Skills Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven business solutions Experience in digital transformation projects Background in consulting or technology-driven business environments Knowledge of emerging technologies and their business impact
