About the Role:

URVA Consulting is hiring on behalf of our client, CKPC Properties (https://ckpcproperties.com), for the position of Manager – Legal. This is a key legal leadership role requiring deep domain knowledge in real estate law, compliance frameworks, and regulatory processes related to urban development authorities in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Title verification and due diligence on land records

Draft and review residential sale agreements and legal documentation

Legal support for real estate transactions and project approvals

Ensure compliance with BDA, BBMP, KIADB, RERA, CDP norms, and village maps

Respond to customer legal queries and support CRM/Sales with documentation

Maintain accurate legal records and agreements

Handle court cases, legal disputes, and regulatory representations

Liaise with financial institutions for APF (Approved Project Financing)

Support pre-sale and post-sale legal activities in collaboration with internal teams

Who We're Looking For:

12–15 years of legal experience, preferably in Bangalore's residential real estate sector

In-depth knowledge of Karnataka RERA, BDA, BBMP, and KIADB regulations

Familiarity with land revenue documentation and due diligence practices

LL.B. or equivalent law degree is mandatory

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada is essential

Work Details:

Work Mode: On-Site (Work from Office)

Schedule: 6 days/week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
