Job Title: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

 

Working Days: 5 Days & Saturday (As per work emergencies, in rare cases)

 

Working Shift: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager - Generalist to oversee and manage the company's HR operations, focusing on the development and implementation of general HR policies, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with expertise in managing payroll systems, employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. General HR Policies
  2. Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  3. Advice and support management and employees in policy interpretation, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  4. Lead the implementation of HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
  5. Payroll Management
  6. Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory benefits, and deductions, and process all payroll-related inquiries and adjustments.
  8. Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and fair salary structures in line with industry standards.
  9. Compliance & Labor Laws
  10. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  11. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor law standards and regulations concerning pay, benefits, and workplace conditions.
  12. Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offers, and regulatory filings, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  13. Employee Relations
  14. Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  15. Support leadership with performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching for employees and managers.
  16. Recruitment & Talent Management
  17. Oversee and support the recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of talent in line with business needs.
  18. Provide strategic advice and support on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  19. HR Reporting & Metrics
  20. Maintain and update HR-related records, systems, and reports.
  21. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making related to workforce and HR initiatives.
  22. Training & Development
  23. Coordinate and implement training programs related to HR policies, compliance, employee development, and organizational culture.
  24. Provide guidance and recommendations on skill development and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on generalist functions, payroll, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory benefits, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
