Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and data-driven — blending human expertise with cutting-edge AI technology.🔧 Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that power the AbhiDoc ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working on backend services (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and crafting interactive front-end interfaces (React/Vue/Tailwind).🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Python (Flask / Django / FastAPI).Design, build, and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).Implement interactive and mobile-optimized front-end interfaces using HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and React / Vue.js.Integrate AI and data processing modules (OCR, NLP, medical data extraction).Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into functional applications.Manage deployments and scaling using Docker, Nginx, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / Hostinger / GCP).Write clean, well-documented, and tested code (using pytest or unittest).Collaborate with cross-functional teams — AI engineers, doctors, and analysts — to deliver healthcare solutions.Ensure application security, performance, and data compliance (HIPAA/GDPR readiness).🧠 Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python 3.x and OOP concepts.Proven experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI frameworks.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js).Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with Git, Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of asynchronous programming and WebSockets is a plus.Comfortable with Linux-based deployment and server management.🌟 Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating AI/NLP/ML models into production APIs.Familiarity with medical data structures (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or AI-based applications.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Working knowledge of unit testing, logging, and performance profiling.💼 EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.💰 What We OfferOpportunity to build next-generation AI healthcare systems.Collaborative and research-driven environment.Flexible working hours and remote-friendly setup.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Access to real-world medical data and cutting-edge AI technologies.
