Job Description
Training Delivery:

Conduct in-person training sessions.
Use innovative teaching methods to ensure effective learning and engagement.
Tailor training approaches to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
Curriculum Design & Development:

Develop and update course content, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments based on industry standards.
Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, guides, and coding examples.
Practical Application:

Design real-world projects and case studies to give learners hands-on experience in solving industry-relevant problems.
Teach best practices for coding, debugging, and data-driven decision-making.
Technical Expertise:

Deliver training on tools, technologies, and frameworks such as:
Data Analytics: SQL, Power BI, Python for data analysis.
Data Science: Python, R, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
Data Engineering: Big Data, Spark, Hadoop, ETL, Cloud Data Platforms
Full-Stack Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, DotNet, React, Angular, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, SQL, etc.
Cybersecurity (Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Cloud Security, SOC)
Guide learners on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices as needed.
Mentorship & Support:

Provide one-on-one mentorship to learners for projects and career guidance.
Offer constructive feedback to help learners improve technical and soft skills.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest trends in data analytics, data science, and full-stack development.
Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on learner feedback.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator is highly preferred
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
