Lead Associate Finance -

FP& A

Job Description:To provide the Cost/Headcount/Financial Analysis along with support on Budgets and Forecasting for RCM businesses of US Hospitals (RCM Clients) - looking for a candidate having exposure in areas of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Responsibility :Support monthly forecast & annual budgetAnalyze and identify the variance drivers for costProviding Monthly estimates with variance commentaryMonthly/Quarterly Actual vs Budget/forecast AnalysisDetailed Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly HC reports & other reportingMonthly Financial Reporting Packages within depth commentary (business)Payroll & Non payroll reimbursements, accruals, reclass & reconciliationsWorking on Process Improvement ideas and supporting new transitionsSupporting the stakeholders in SOX and other internal AuditsCreate Process Documentation and update on regular basis

Qualifications (Must have):Bachelor/master's degree in finance & Accounts3+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domainStrong Analytical and Reporting skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent MS-Excel skill
