THE ROLE: Lead Engineer

Presidio Cloud Solutions help customers adopt cloud, build cloud-native solutions, and accelerate business outcomes. We are growing our Cloud and Automation engineering team within the Presidio Cloud Solutions Group. Our service offerings range from management and strategic consulting to technology implementation and through to enhancement/integration/support of the solutions we deliver.

 Years of Experience – Years and above   Location – Chennai, Coimbatore & Bangalore

 Mandatory skills:

Hands-on experience with web development in any of the following programming languages: Java, .Net, Python, Go, C, JavaScript. Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript framework: Angular, React, js with NodeJS. Experience with back-end development and microservices implementation and containerization using Expertise in relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle. Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra. At least Yrs. Experience with any of the cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Excellent verbal and written communication. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, N tier Architecture (MVC), an ORM (Object Relational Mapping). Experience with CI/CD, DevOps. Experience in leading the Agile-based delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead & Manage a delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions. Collaborate with various teams including business, sales and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable. Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration and test-driven. Hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms. Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very high-quality software. Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization to maximize. Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-technical audiences. Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits. Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business, technology and other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues. Work closely with the client engagement partner, to improve client success. Efficiently manage the day to day operations and client communication
