About The Role

The Prime Perk Consultancy Services is inviting Backend Developers to join us on a project-based engagement.

If you are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, and proficient in one of the leading backend frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or Laravel), we'd love to collaborate with you.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who prefer project-based flexibility over traditional monthly contracts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services.

Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Implement real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR, or Django Channels).

Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one core backend framework:

Django (Python) | Spring Boot (Java) | ASP.NET Core (C#) | Laravel (PHP)

1. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
2. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
3. Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
4. Familiarity with real-time communication (Sockets, SignalR, gRPC, etc.).
5. Hands-on with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
7. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Advantages)

Experience with event-driven architectures & message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Knowledge of system scaling, load balancing, caching strategies.

Exposure to DevOps practices, such as:

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Understanding of serverless computing & cloud-native design.
