Recruitment² Strategically source and attract candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.G., skilled labor, engineers, supervisors) using job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates.² Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other databases to maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.² Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage complex recruitment processes.² Stay updated on industry trends, conduct salary benchmarking, and attend job fairs or industry events to find and recruit potential talent.² Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits.² Monitoring HR metrics (e.G. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.)² Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs² Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs.² Administer the offer process, including compensation negotiation, and manage the initial steps of onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the manufacturing workforce.Training & Development:² Coordinate with other departments to identify and address training needs.² Develop and implement training programs for new and current employees.² Train new hires on manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures.² Conduct ongoing training to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.² Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.² Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulations.Job Requirements and Skills· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field· Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.G. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)· Sound knowledge of all labor regulations· Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs· Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting· Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
