Program ManagerOrganisation: Curiosity GymLocation: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 8 years (Education domain preferred)Role OverviewCuriosity Gym is seeking an experienced and highly organised Program Manager to oversee end-to-end implementation of educational programs and projects. The role requires strong ownership of planning, coordination, execution, and reporting across multiple stakeholders including management, trainers, vendors, and clients.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, resolving issues within their domain, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of programs that meet organisational and client objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ImplementationOversee planning and execution of multiple programs/projects from initiation to closureDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesCoordinate scheduling, logistics, with vendors for delivery, and resource allocation across programs. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between management, trainers, vendors, and clientsEnsure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all stakeholdersProactively identify, raise, and resolve issues or risks within scope independentlyProposals & ReportingWrite and contribute to project proposals, production selection, sizing based on customer asks, concept notes, and implementation plans. Prepare periodic impact reports, progress updates, and post-program evaluations for end customers. Track outcomes against defined goals and KPIsOperations & Quality AssuranceEnsure programs are delivered as per agreed scope, timelines, and quality standardsCoordinate logistics such as venues, materials, trainer availability, and vendor supportMaintain documentation, trackers, and process records. Track payments and receivables against contract. Track and ensure renewals, backed with new proposals and customer outreach.
