The Opportunity

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Specialist with expertise in one or more of the following pillars: ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least two full life cycle implementations and possess strong skills in setup, configuration, and migration within FDIP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support project estimation and pre-sales activities.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives related to the FDI product, including the development of best practices and delivery of internal training programs.
  • Demonstrate ownership of client success by effectively coordinating across stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle of implementation.
  • Lead and manage FDI implementations, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior resources.
  • Perform setup and configuration tasks within FDI.
  • Execute FDI migrations from one platform to another.
  • FDIP security, including the creation of custom security solutions.
  • Procurement of external data and integration into FDI.
  • Analysis and design of custom data models, with experience in OTBI public view objects (PVO) for custom star schema modeling within FDI.
  • Integrate FDI schema with any custom schema that being build.
  • Utilize Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) for data management and querying.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation.
  • Implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OCI DI.
  • Extend FDI Semantic models and build FDIP reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and ADW.
  • Utilize Fusion Technologies such as BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Create implementation related Documentation

Our Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • 15 years’ experience from Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) /Fusion Data Intelligence ( FDI) Technical Architect & Strong implementation experience, Overall 20+ year experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience with FDIP and expertise in ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong skills in setup, configuration, and migration within FDIP.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling, including PVO analysis and star schema design.
  • Prior experience with Oracle data warehouse solutions and integration.
  • Knowledge of Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Oracle's ETL tools, including ODI and OCI DI.
  • Familiarity with FDI Semantic model extension and BI Analytics using OAC and ADW.
  • AI/ML experience on FDIP and ADW.
  • Knowledge of Fusion Technologies such as BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Participation in each phase of FAW ERP/HCM modules (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support).
  • Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement).
  • Oracle identity management experience
  • Strong leadership including coordination and communication skills
  • Strong experience in managing customers stakeholders
  • Experience in managing the team as people manager.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with ODI/OBIA.
  • Understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules.
  • Certifications in FDI, ADW, ODI, and OAC.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques on FDI and ADW for advanced data analysis.
