Python Backend Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and maintain backend services for our BSS platform. The developer will implement APIs, integrate with frontend and third-party services, and ensure smooth operation of database and authentication components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services and REST APIs for the BSS platform.
- Integrate with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Collaborate with DevOps for containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ensure database integration and manage data consistency with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Support authentication and authorization mechanisms (Keycloak/OAuth2).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask / REST API).
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.
- Basic understanding of authentication (Keycloak/OAuth2 preferred).
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
- Exposure to cloud or containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in payment gateway integration and handling online transactions.
- Understanding of billing systems, invoicing, and subscription management, chargeback.
- Familiarity with secure transaction flows, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
- Knowledge of cloud/containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Python Developer in software development.
