In the words of one of the founders of BST it’s the Henry Ford moment for satellitesFor more details, please visit our company link: https://www.Azistabst.Com/Job Description: Assistant Manager – Human ResourcesLocation: AhmedabadExperience: 5+ YearsQualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.Manage employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and HR documentation.Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives.Drive HR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Coordinate with plant teams for manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor HR requirements.Ensure smooth execution of audits and maintain HR MIS reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.Experience in a manufacturing / plant environment.Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS systems, and time-office management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
