Our team collaborates with global brands and creators to produce high-impact educational content, campaigns, and media that build awareness, trust, and innovation in the decentralized ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead our video production efforts and manage a team of editors. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and deeply passionate about storytelling through visuals. You’ll oversee the end-to-end post-production process — ensuring content quality, timely delivery, and alignment with brand tone and strategy.This is a remote, leadership role that demands both strong editing expertise and the ability to guide and motivate a creative team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of video editors to ensure consistent quality and productivity.Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and educational campaigns.Develop motion graphics, animations, and color grading that enhance storytelling.Collaborate with the content, strategy, and design teams to align visuals with the creative vision.Review team outputs, provide feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet creative and technical standards.Stay proactive in identifying new trends, editing styles, and creative approaches to keep the content fresh and competitive.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and color grading.Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing for digital and educational content.Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with a remote creative team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or tech-based content is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Design, or a related field preferred.Why Join UsAt SJ Content Machine, you’ll be part of a fast-growing creative team shaping how the world perceives Web3.
