Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
- Gathering learning materials, resources, and preparing lesson plans
- Setting and achieving curriculum objectives
- Analysing and helping students work on their strengths and weaknesses
- Reviewing and evaluating students' progress
- Attending parents-teacher meetings and discussing the student's growth
- Establishing a positive classroom learning environment
- Ensuring that the students have the appropriate learning aids and textbooks
- Organising and accompanying students on field trips
- Attending staff meetings and participating in various training programs
- Helping students prepare for debates or any other extracurricular activities
- Maintaining an accurate record of students' grades
- Assigning students projects and other internal assessment activities
- Keeping up-to-date with the current events and happenings
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in History, Geography, or a related field
- B.Ed
- 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school ( Preferred)
- Excellent teaching and academic skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
