We help enterprises automate complex workflows, monitor field operations, and extract real-time insights from structured and unstructured data.We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and enterprise-ready user experiences across our AI platforms and product modules.Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Designer, you will design end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise workflows; turning multi-step tasks, data review flows, and insights dashboards into clean, fast, and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs that improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesUX Research and Product DiscoveryUnderstand user personas across enterprise roles (ops, analysts, compliance, leadership) and map workflowsConduct lightweight research (stakeholder interviews, usability tests, heuristic reviews) to uncover friction pointsTranslate product requirements into user flows, information architecture, and interaction patternsWireframes, Prototypes, and Interaction DesignCreate low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and workflowsDefine interaction patterns for data-heavy tasks like review, validation, reconciliation, approvals, and audit trailsDesign for speed, clarity, and reduced cognitive load in complex enterprise screensUI Design and Design SystemsProduce polished UI screens aligned with brand guidelines and enterprise usability standardsMaintain and extend reusable components, design libraries, and style guides (buttons, tables, forms, modals, navigation)Ensure responsive design across desktop and web experiencesCross-Functional Collaboration and DeliveryWork closely with product and engineering to ensure feasibility and accurate implementationProvide specs, redlines, and assets; support dev handoff and QA during releasesIterate rapidly based on feedback, usage patterns, and product prioritiesUsability, Accessibility, and QualityApply accessibility best practices (contrast, typography, navigation, component states)Ensure consistency across products and modules, especially for enterprise-grade workflowsImprove UX metrics such as task completion time, error reduction, and feature adoptionRequired Qualifications and Skills2+ years of UI/UX design experience for web applications (B2B SaaS or enterprise preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking (flows → wireframes → UI → shipped outcomes)Proficiency with Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)Experience designing data-heavy interfaces: tables, filters, bulk actions, review queues, dashboardsStrong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction designAbility to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience with AI/analytics products, document processing workflows, or compliance-driven systemsFamiliarity with UX writing and microcopy for enterprise workflowsUnderstanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS basics) to collaborate effectively with engineersOur Ideal CandidateEnjoys solving complex workflow problems with simple, elegant interfacesThinks in systems and patterns, not just individual screensBalances user empathy with business goals and engineering constraintsIs comfortable iterating quickly and shipping continuouslyCares deeply about usability, clarity, and design quality in enterprise productsIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI platforms are scaling securely and reliably in enterprise user experience environments.
