The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for client products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQsCollaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify informationOrganize and present complex information in a clear and concise mannerEdit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and qualityUpdate existing documentation based on product updates and user feedbackAdhere to style guides and document standardsManage documentation projects and timelines as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a technical field (preferred but not required)3+ Years of relevant work experience.Proven experience as a technical writer or in a relevant roleAbility to quickly grasp complex technical conceptsExperience with IXIASOFTFamiliarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Git)Experience with multimedia documentation (screenshots, diagrams, video) is a plus.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
