JobDescription: 

Weare seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Plan to Fulfill(PTF) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of Plan to Fulfillbusiness processes within Supply chain & Inventory modules,Costing & Manufacturing modules along with SLA structure ofCosting module, Material issues and Month end close processes witha very good understanding of DevOpsmethodologies.    

KeyResponsibilities: 

  • Developmentand support of Fusion PTF processes andsolutions. 

    • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to enhance system performance andreliability. 

      • ImplementDevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deploymentprocesses. 

        • Monitorand optimize system performance, ensuring high availability andminimal downtime as part of Post go live OperationalSupport 

          • Stayupdated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools todrive continuousimprovement. 

            • Provideguidance and mentorship to junior teammembers. 

              • Meetproject timelines and stakeholder expectationseffectively. 

                • Conductsystem configurations, testing, and user training asneeded 

                  • AnalyzeOracle Fusion Enhancements/Change Requests and Supportactivities  

                    • Coordinatewith team members within Fusion DevOps along with SolutionArchitects and other Edge applications teams to address anyintegration issues between PTF and other Values Streams/integrationareas 

                      • Drivefor Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automationeliminating manual activities whereverpossible  

                        • FollowJCI Major Incident management process to address any criticalissues (P1/P2) by engaging rightteams  

RequiredSkills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Information Systems orequivalent  

    • 5-8years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBSERPs  

      • Proventrack record within Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturingspace within Oracle FusionERP 

        • Expertisein Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small-and large-scale initiatives mainly within Plan to Fulfil (PTF)businessprocesses  

          • Handson experience within Oracle FusionERP  

            • Abilityto communicate with technical teams as well as Businessaudience  

              • Thisposition requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influenceand relationship building skills at all levels with internal andexternal parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values:Integrity, teamwork, excellence, Customer focus andAccountability  

                • Excellentclient-facing and internal communicationskills 

                  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills
