Key Duties and Responsibilities:Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet with notes, incomestatement, cash flow statement).  Responsible for financial consolidation for all entities. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management andstakeholders.  Provide data to Investors and Capital ventures as per there requirements. Responsible to update accounting policy as and when required. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations. Accounting Operations: Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger,accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.  Ensure proper accounting for all transactions in accordance with relevantaccounting standards. IFC Implementation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial control systems andprocedures.  Ensure the effectiveness of IFCs in accordance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IFCs.  Identify and address any weaknesses or deficiencies in the IFC framework. Ind AS Implementation and Compliance: Oversee the implementation of Ind AS in the organization.  Ensure compliance with Ind AS requirements in financial reporting.  Stay updated on changes to Ind AS and their impact on the organization.  Provide guidance and training to the finance team on Ind AS requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.  Prepare and file tax returns and other financial disclosures.  Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Qualification and Experience required: Qualified CA with experience of financial reporting, auditing andimplementation of IFC and Ind As. 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, business controlling, or related roles. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Strong Financial acumen and good problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.
