Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Designer. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and product teams, developing design concepts, creating and refining visuals, producing graphics for web and social media, and ensuring brand consistency. The Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative solutions and provide feedback on design projects.


We work heavily with cognitive scientists and psychologists to shape end to end design solutions and you'll be able to merge aesthetics with scientific principles


Qualifications

  • Graphic Design experience, including with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of design principles
  • Proficiency in Typography and Visual Composition
  • Strong Understanding of Branding and Visual Identity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UX or a related field


Good to have

  • 3+ years of design experience working with design agencies and global clients
  • Understanding of basic human psychology
