About the Role - Immediate Joiners ONLY applyWe are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our FINTECH engineering team working in product-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureBuild and maintain RESTful APIs with clean, scalable codeWork with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB/Cassandra) — including schema design and performance tuningImplement secure, reliable, and scalable server-side logic with a strong focus on authentication, authorization, and application securityIntegrate with DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and GitCollaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers in an Agile environmentOptimize application performance with caching, queuing, and load balancingMust-Have SkillsStrong Java/J2EE programming skills with solid understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and HibernateHands-on experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIsGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Server-Side ArchitectureExperience with both MySQL and NoSQL databases with focus on data modeling and tuningExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, build tools like Maven, and testing frameworks like JUnitFamiliarity with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached)Preferred BackgroundExperience working in service or product-based companies specially FINTECHProven track record of delivering scalable backend solutionsStrong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
