Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Immigration Sales Consultant. The responsibilities include providing consultation to clients on immigration and visa services, identifying opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction, and crafting tailored solutions for clients’ needs. Daily tasks also include building strong relationships with prospective clients, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting services to effectively guide and advise clients.Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction with a solution-oriented approach.Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and address their inquiries comprehensively.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage client portfolios efficiently.Prior experience in immigration or sales-related roles, with knowledge of visa and immigration processes for various countries, is a plus.Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
