Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant | REIM to IMCS Cloud MigrationLocation: RemoteWork timings : 2:00 PM IST11:00 AM IST.About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Invoice Matching solutions to lead a critical cloud transformation project—migrating from Oracle Retail On-Premise to Oracle Retail Cloud, specifically transitioning Invoice Matching (REIM) to Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS).This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless migration, data reconciliation, extension retrofitting, and successful deployment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the migration strategy from REIM to IMCS, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external system integratorsAnalyze, design, and retrofit IMCS extensions to meet evolving business requirementsSupport data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing of custom IMCS extensionsConduct unit testing and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system stabilityProvide deep expertise in Oracle Retail Management System (RMS) and Invoice Matching solutionsTroubleshoot technical and functional issues during migration and post-go-live phasesDocument processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge transferTravel to Seattle for on-site collaboration and stakeholder engagementRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as an Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Analyst with strong RMS knowledgeDeep expertise in Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (REIM) and/or Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS) - This is mandatoryHands-on experience with both On-Premise and Cloud-based Oracle Retail environmentsStrong understanding of Oracle Retail data structures, tables, and data modelsExperience with deployment, configuration management, and unit testing in Oracle RetailAbility to coordinate Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT while managing configuration changesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholdersSelf-motivated and effective in remote work environmentsPreferred:Technical skills in customization and extension development (we'll also consider strong functional experts with technical awareness)Experience working with external systems integratorsOracle Retail Cloud certificationsWhy Join Us?Work on a transformational cloud migration project for a major enterprise client, gain cutting-edge Oracle Retail Cloud experience, and collaborate with top-tier technical teams—all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.How to Apply:If you have REIM or IMCS expertise and are ready to take ownership and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
