About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, particularly in off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about increasing organic visibility and link authority through ethical link-building practices. You'll be responsible for executing SEO plans that drive traffic, enhance SERP rankings, and contribute directly to lead generation and conversions. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute robust off-page SEO strategies including:
  • Link building through high-authority directories, guest posts, niche forums, outreach campaigns, and content partnerships.
  • Managing and acquiring quality backlinks that follow Googles best practices.
  • Identify and pursue backlink opportunities via digital PR, blogger outreach, and influencer collaboration.
  • Perform keyword analysis, backlink audits, and competitor link gap analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Track and improve domain authority, page authority, and referring domains.
  • Optimize anchor text usage and ensure backlink diversity across all link-building campaigns.
  • Support on-page SEO initiatives including meta tags, URL structuring, internal linking, and content suggestions using plugins like Yoast SEO.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to craft SEO-optimized content for off-page efforts (guest blogs, submissions, etc.).
  • Regularly monitor SEO KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends, and link-building guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on off-page SEO.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with key SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO.
  • Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, link-building ethics, and white-hat SEO techniques.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal for outreach and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance trends and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple link-building projects with strict attention to detail and deadlines.
