Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to drive our real estate strategy and expansion in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, proven negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of real estate operations, especially within the e-commerce or quick commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Identification & Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and finalize properties for dark stores, warehouses, or retail outlets.
  • Lease Negotiations & Documentation: Lead negotiations with landlords and property owners for commercial leases.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, market rates, and upcoming developments in key micro-markets of Bangalore.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams for seamless handovers and store/warehouse readiness.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely possession, fit-outs, and readiness of new properties as per business requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6–8 years of total experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or property management.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in an e-commerce, quick commerce, or hyperlocal delivery environment is mandatory.
  • Location Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Bangalore's real estate micro-markets, regulations, and leasing norms.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines. Self-driven with a go-getter attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 6–8 years of total experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or property management
  • Minimum 1–2 years in an e-commerce, quick commerce, or hyperlocal delivery environment is mandatory
  • In-depth understanding of Bangalore's real estate micro-markets, regulations, and leasing norms

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
