Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
