Billing Analyst II

The Role:
6sense is looking for a Billing Analyst III to join our growing team. As the Billing Analyst II, you will be responsible for managing complex billing processes, analysing billing data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-facing organisation. You'll work with internal stakeholders and external customers to maintain accuracy and integrity of the billing process.This position will report directly to the Manager, Accounts Receivable.
What you will do: Prepare and review complex invoicing for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Develop and maintain financial billing reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage tracking, billing and communication relating to campaign media spend Invoicing Respond in a timely manner to internal and external inquiries with a 'Customers First' mentality. Assist with month end close activities.
What you will need:
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in financial reporting and analysis and/or billing, preferably in SaaS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Understanding of usage-based billing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct, or other accounting software required Experience billing in a PO driven environment Proficiency in billing software/systems, such as Coupa, Ariba and Bill.com Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills Demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with tight deadOur Benefits:
